Interim Operations Management

  • CAI principals have held senior executive positions in plant management and operations for three multinational companies. These responsibilities included lean manufacturing implementation, direct shop floor operations, project management, supply chain, human resources in both union and non-union shops, supply chain, new product development, financial controlling and cost management, and quality assurance. This experience includes both turnaround and high growth situations. They are available fill-in on an interim basis until a permanent replacement is hired.
