Rich Randall has had full P&L responsibility in Fortune 500 and family-owned business units, ranging from $5 million to $125 million. He focuses on strategy and operational excellence utilizing training and experiences gained in twenty-five years at ITT Corporation and seven years as a consultant to family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations.

Client industries include manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, apparel, family entertainment and construction.
