His experience spans four decades over many business cycles and he has personally and successfully led teams in both growth and turnaround situations.

His General Management background is informed by his executive experience in Operations (certified Six-Sigma Green Belt), Sales & Marketing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Program Management & New Product Development. He has applied his exposure to several industries, including Energy, Aerospace, Heavy Manufacturing, Healthcare, Not-for-Profits, Financial Services & Defense and others to bring new strategies wherever they are appropriate.

Lanny Cruse brings CAI clients a strong combination of broad industry experience and global business expertise. Throughout his career he has provided executive leadership for over a dozen companies and numerous corporate business units comprised of turnaround, growth, and startup businesses. Lanny has been responsible for operations in 12 different countries and has lived overseas with his family.

His general management accomplishments are derived from hands on experience in manufacturing and design services operations, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, supply chain, project management, finance and business development.

Mr. Cruse’s hands on knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and commercial best practices is derived from years of implementing robust processes and procedures throughout the value. chains of consumer, military and industrial products and services.

Rich Randall has had full P&L responsibility in Fortune 500 and family-owned business units, ranging from $5 million to $125 million. He focuses on strategy and operational excellence utilizing training and experiences gained in twenty-five years at ITT Corporation and seven years as a consultant to family-owned businesses and non-profit organizations.

Client industries include manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, apparel, family entertainment and construction. His experiences include strategic planning (including Balanced Scorecard), plan execution, process reengineering, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Class A ERP implementation, ISO9001 and AS9100, and the Stage Gate new product development process.
