Al Calabria is the founder and principal consultant of CAI. He has had Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for several business units in 5 countries. His experience spans four decades over many business cycles and he has personally and successfully led teams in both growth and turnaround situations.

His General Management background is informed by his executive experience in Operations (certified Six-Sigma Green Belt), Sales & Marketing, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning, Program Management & New Product Development.

He has applied his experience to several industries, including Energy, Aerospace, Heavy Manufacturing, Healthcare, Not-for-Profits, Financial Services, Defense and others to introduce new strategies wherever they are appropriate.
